It's so nice to finally sit down & start writing this out. I honestly can't believe I am creating my very own website, where I get to make such beautiful garments for YOU!
I have always wanted to start my own little business for many years now, however I only made it more of a priority in the last couple of years when I became aware of how unhappy I truely was at my old jobs.
I have worked in the retail industry for close to a decade now & it got to the point where I really needed to start doing something that I truely love. I lost all my jobs but 1 during the pandemic and with that, brought me extra time. Which brings me to my sewing classes ~ I needed to figure out what was the next step into turning my ideas into my reality, so I enrolled in some local sewing classes to keep my mind stimulated, busy & most of all allowing myself to let my mind flow with creativity.

I signed up to an 8 week sewing course, which I completed & 3 years later ~ I am still enrolled, learning things I have never been taught before. Comparing my sewing skills to my earlier days is completely mind blowing, because I somehow never realised the potential I had, until this moment.
WARBS is an Australian Handmade Clothing Brand that focuses on spreading awareness about the toxic dangers of synthetic fibres & how important it is for us humans to be incorporating more sustainable fibres into our everyday lives. It's a very timely process, as each shirt is handmade by myself, however in saying that ~ it's what makes it so special.
